Veteran Entrepreneur Initiative Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 20, 2025

1) Purpose

These Terms govern individuals (“Fundraisers”) who raise funds for the
Veteran Entrepreneur Initiative (VEI), a program of The Lonely Entrepreneur Foundation
that provides veterans and their families with free access to The Lonely Entrepreneur Learning Community —
the only one-stop shop for the knowledge, tools, and support to build and grow their own businesses.

2) Compensation

Fundraisers receive 10% (ten percent) of all verified and documented monies they personally introduce or generate for VEI.
Attribution requires the donor to list the Fundraiser’s name or referral code at the time of contribution.
Payouts are made within 10 days after the end of the month in which the funds are collected and confirmed by The Lonely Entrepreneur Foundation.

3) Independent Contractor; No Benefits

Fundraisers act as independent contractors — not employees, agents, or legal representatives of The Lonely Entrepreneur Foundation or The Lonely Entrepreneur.
No employee benefits are provided, including health insurance, retirement benefits, paid leave, or similar.
Fundraisers are solely responsible for their own taxes, reporting, and compliance with applicable laws.

4) Conduct & Representation

Fundraisers must represent VEI and The Lonely Entrepreneur Foundation professionally and accurately.
Fundraisers may not make promises, commitments, or agreements on behalf of the Foundation.
Use of The Lonely Entrepreneur or VEI logos, names, or materials is limited to approved fundraising purposes.

5) Compliance & Termination

All fundraising must comply with applicable solicitation laws and platform policies.
The Foundation may verify donations and may terminate a Fundraiser’s participation at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6) Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Fundraiser and The Lonely Entrepreneur Foundation
regarding VEI fundraising and supersede all prior understandings. No waiver or modification is valid unless posted here in writing.
