The Lonely Entrepreneur has only ever stood for one thing: turning passion into success.

But what happens when your success instead hinders your passion, and the ability to take a step back from the day-to-day of your business without losing cash flow?

Or what happens when your relative success thus far makes you question what to do moving forward, who to hire and who to fire, and turns into an endless hunt for the best answer to, “how do I take my business to the next level?”

And why does it feel as though if you stop, even just for one second, that your entire business will collapse before the foundation was even finished being built? (if you’re like most entrepreneurs, it probably will)

You’re not in the minority. You, just like everyone else that’s ever built a business, has spent the first season of building focused on one thing: revenue.

And you weren’t wrong to focus on that. If you didn’t, you wouldn’t be here reading this.

But if you’re not ready to let go of the seemingly “successful” business you’ve built in exchange for something much greater, then you’ll waste your time by reading further.

The inputs that got you here – organizationally, operationally, and personally – won’t get you to where you and I both know you need to be.

If those same inputs could get you there, you’d already be there and wouldn’t need the tough love I’m about to give you:

With every new season of business, changes occur in two areas: your priorities and your goals.

Your priorities can be best described as your leading indicators, while your goals (if you achieve them) are your lagging indicators.

So what do you think would happen if someone shifted their projected goals, but didn’t also shift the priorities in their business or any other venture for that matter?

Well, I think we can agree that from the outside looking in that it wouldn’t be surprising if that business never achieved the true success they had hoped for.

But here’s my challenge for you: why shift the priorities in your business to only meet your goals when you can shift them instead to exceed your goals?

With the right inputs, the only reason you COULDN’T have any of the following is because you’re still too attached to what was to see what can be:

A clear understanding of the necessary priorities that will allow you to achieve success beyond the scope of your current goals (whether that be more monetary or personal gains – success takes on many forms).

A business that doesn’t live or die on your ground-floor execution, but instead one that inspires you to reach new heights in your business, even in the face of radical economic change.

And a business that doesn’t dictate your personal life, but instead a personal life that thrives BECAUSE OF your business.

Read that last one again.

So if you’re ready to embrace this new season of your business, I invite you to read below about our newest initiative, where I’ll have the privilege of mentoring a select few of you on how you can put the passion back in your success while meeting and surpassing the most ambitious goals you’ve set for yourself and your business.

Bradley Rausch, Director of Coaching Services at The Lonely Entrepreneur

ONE STEP FROM RADICALLY TRANSFORMING YOUR BUSINESS

The Lonely Entrepreneur Structure to Scale Program is a 90 day, highly intensive coaching process that creates the necessary operational, organizational and personal structures in your business to allow you to advance beyond 5x revenue within 24 months, while shifting your business to support thriving personal and professional endeavors.

At this stage, (and no, this isn’t just a line) we are ONLY taking five entrepreneurs through our mentorship to collect testimonials (remember, the only way we get testimonials is if you get better results than you were promised) and then will re-evaluate the program and double if not triple the price.

That being said, this program is currently a 5-figure investment and requires the capability and openness to make quick decisions as well as the ability to take criticism/direction for the advancement of both you and your company.

Successfully creating your business without the Lonely Entrepreneur Learning Community is like going to a new destination without a GPS. I can’t imagine being where I am today without this robust, interactive resource.

Abala V.

When I read “passion and grit is not enough” I thought to myself, “these guys really understand.” It really is as you say “about being a better entrepreneur each day.” I feel like I now have a sidekick that gives me a better chance to create a business that can be my career and lead to the lifestyle and independence I want.

Michelle S.

I wish found you a year ago. There were so many mistakes that I made trying to figure everything out on my own. I knew I had a good idea – but it was so hard to figure out the most important things to do. Once I came across your perspective of the day and then the Community, it all started to make sense. The daily perspectives are my first read of the day and they get into the real stuff that we all go through as entrepreneurs trying to make it each day.

The learning modules in the Learning Community gave me so many answers that would have taken months to figure out. The Lonely Entrepreneur helped me launch my own design business and my first venture at 16. I would recommend them to any new business owner.

Being a founder with a vision pushes your envelope. Our vision for the foodie community was large but needed structure, money and guidance. The Lonely Entrepreneur has been my right hand – from reworking a compelling go to market strategy to bringing together a complete financing process.

Elie

The Lonely Entrepreneur team has a unique understanding of how an early stage company works and how a founder with skills need to transition to being a founder that runs a business. They have helped me all over – go to market, selecting vendors, setting priorities and staying sane along the way.
