The Lonely Entrepreneur Community provides economic development authorities (EDAs) and small business development centers (SBDCs) with a foundational web-based learning and community platform to offer to startups and entrepreneurs to help them start, grow and prosper. 

The Lonely Entrepreneur Community helps EDAs and SBDCs accomplish several goals:

  • achieve economic development goals (create and retain jobs, new business startups, new capital infusion and increase in revenue) by providing startups and entrepreneurs with a platform that provides the foundational content and learning that entrepreneurs need to achieve stated goals
  • offer a web-based platform to entrepreneurs that cannot regularly visit these organizations
  • create a standard platform around which organization advisors can coach entrepreneurs
