The Microsoft TechSpark program operates in six regions across the U.S. and in Juarez Mexico. With digital transformation comes the need to drive social impact through digital equity – access to affordable digital skilling, connectivity, and devices. Microsoft is  working with the community leaders to create digital skilling ecosystems.
