ABOUT SEAN MCINTOSH

Sean, is a commercial real estate executive, working on the cutting edge mixed use development, Celebration Pointe.  He is active in the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Economic Development Committee for the past two years. Sean moved to Gainesville, from Atlanta Ga where  he managed upscale mixed use developments, a class A office tower and regional shopping centers.  He has worked with industry leaders such as CBRE, Inc., Jones Lang LaSalle and General Growth Properties.  Sean has a degree in Accounting and for years has provided financial advice and guidance to startup entrepreneurs. He is galvanizing the Gainesville community to recognize and celebrate the important role of small business owners in our community.  With the support of committed partners, he has made it a mission to help 1000 local entrepreneurs start and grow profitable businesses and strengthen the Gainesvile economy.
