Sound familiar? It’s not only the number of holes to fill, but also the nature of the holes. Some of the holes are little holes—a hundred small tasks that need to be done. Some holes in the dam are larger and more complex. With all of these issues on your mind, and holes to plug, you must still run a business and manage the chaos of the day-to-day!

Overwhelming is par for the course for all entrepreneurs. If you can find an entrepreneur that says, “We’ve got everything under control,” then I have some unicorn hooves I’d like to sell you. When “overwhelmed” is the norm for entrepreneurs, why is one business able to make progress and another can’t? What we need to learn is how to develop the skills to be and do better, to have the right perspective and to apply the right tools and insights when we feel overwhelmed
